Hi!
My name is Natalie, and I am a board-certified health and wellness coach and personal trainer. I am originally from Long Beach, CA, but moved to San Diego, CA for school and fell in love with it. I have a passion for helping others find their spark when it comes to taking ownership over their health and well-being. I believe that everyone deserves a fair chance at living the best life they can possibly live. Through lifestyle habits like exercise, eating nutritious foods, stress management, and prioritizing your social well-being, we can get you there. As a personal trainer, I also bring a movement-based, hands-on approach to help you build strength, improve confidence in your body, and feel more capable in your everyday life. Health is not a one-size-fits-all solution and should be tailored to each individual. My approach combines both coaching and training to support you from mindset to movement, creating lasting, sustainable change.
